Parent/Child Workshop: Build a Bat House

Work together with your kid to build a functional bat house to install in your backyard.  Bats are beneficial for you and your garden; they eat bugs (mosquitoes included!).

Also, bat’s  natural habitats are being damaged, and they’re reducing in number. Installing a bat house on your property is easy , and you can help these little insect eaters to stay alive and thrive. And in return, you don’t have to use as many pesticides.
