Giftee's name * The "Giftee" is the recipient. Will appear as "To" on the certificate.

Gifter's name * The "Gifter" is the name which will appear on the certificate as "From". If you want the From line to be left blank, write "blank". (Ooh! A mystery gifter! Hint: you can also use "Anyonymous" or "Your secret admirer." Have fun!)

Date Date to appear on the Gift Certificate. You may want it to be dated 12/25/2011, or some other date of significance. Certificate is valid for one year from date printed. If left blank will be the date we print and send (upon payment)

Amount * The Gift Certificate can be applied to any of our offerings, or saved as a credit for future classes, camps, or parties. Valid for one year from date printed.
